CEO: Abeer Tawfiq
Abeer Tawfeek has been engaged in the field of education for more than 25 years. She has a
Bachelor Degree in Engineering and is certified as a MCSA "Microsoft Certified System
Administrator". Abeer holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from Belford
University. She has attended more than 500 hours of professional development training to improve
her career. She has worked as a teacher and a coordinator. Abeer then moved to the school
administration field as a Vice Principal and then a principal. Abeer established three new
international schools from scratch and worked as a CEO in Gateway Montessori International
School for two years before joining NIC as CEO in 2021.

Shaimaa Golshany
Mrs. Shaimaa Golshany Joined the field of Education in 2005 working as a IGCSE Coordinator and
Cambridge International Primary Programme coordinator. A Math teacher for both British and
American Sections from K-12. She was an educational author in alpha publishing house. She had
developed a set of math books for Grades 1 to 5 applying the common core state standards. With
all the supportive books and activities. Then a head of Department in Nahdet Misr Publishing
company as a math supervisor for the curriculum & Digital developing team. Also, she worked
as curriculum designer who integrates the Montessori and Common Core state standards in an I.B
frame work and deliver it as a transdisciplinary theme. She as a member of a team finished
planning units for Grades K to 5. Moreover, she was working as a quality assurance specialist.
Following the academic progress and analyzing the scores of the students, setting the criteria of the
exams and evaluating the overall performance of th e teachers. Her professional career spans 18
years in Education, including Teacher, IGCSE coordinator, Curriculum designer, Math author and
Math Head of department. She has earned a degree in Education from American university in
Cairo,
Educational Psychology diploma and leading the learning from the IB Organization.
